Signature Policy

ANF AC, as a Qualified Trust Service Provider, is the entity responsible for all the services it provides.

The Certification Policies and Practices, as well as the Terms and Conditions, define the scope of each service and the obligations and responsibilities of the parties. Below is our ANF AC legal repository.

Certification Practice Statement (CPS)

The purpose of this policy is to strengthen trust in electronically signed documents by establishing specific conditions for a given context.

When data is signed, the signatory indicates acceptance of general and specific conditions applicable to the electronic signature. This acceptance is conveyed by including a field in the signature with the OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.18332.27.1.1. This object identifier uniquely specifies the electronic signature policy.

If the field corresponding to the electronic signature regulations is absent and no applicable regulations are identified, then it must be assumed that the signature was generated without any regulatory restrictions and, consequently, that no specific legal or contractual meaning has been assigned to it. This would be a signature that does not expressly specify any particular semantics or meaning, and therefore, the meaning of the signature must be derived from the context (and especially from the semantics of the signed document).
